2!

2 already? We can hardley believe it!
Audrina has been very excited about her birthday. She named the baby doll to her new doll house at Mimi and Papas 'Baby Birthday', has been singing 'Happy Birthday to Drina' and asking for presents. I have to say this girl has got the hang of it!
Both Zach and I had to work on her birthday so she got to spend the day with T-Shell! They came down to work for lunch and then we had her favorite dinner (meatloaf and mac n' cheese) and a cookies and cream ice cream birthday cake.

Loving her new baby 'Tony' She calls all her ponies, Tony. We have several, 'Blue Tony', 'Pink Tony', 'Baby Tony' and now a new 'Baby Tony'. She can say Ps I'm not sure why she resists calling them Ponies. Oh well!

Yummy ice cream cake!

We didn't get a good picture, but she blew out her birthday candle like a pro!

Enjoying her birthday cake.

On Sunday we are having immediate family and her close little friends over for a birthday party. We are all excited to see everyone and celebrate with friends and family!

Part 2 - Santa!

Holland, Kris and Riley hosted a Santa party again this year. Last year Audrina came down with a cold, so this was her first real up close a person contact with Santa.

Hmmm, not sure about this guy!

Dancing in her Santa dress.

Oh wait, Santa gives presents? Not bad after all.

The best part of Drina's evening was meeting Baby Chloe. We've been talking about babies so much lately she was excited to actually meet one!

Riley and Drina showing off their great fashion sense!

Thank you to the Nelson's for a great party!

Christmas Festivities - Part one Cookies!

A week or so before Christmas I hosted a Christmas cookie party with Audrina's friends. We were not very productive, but all had a great time! And they surprisingly made just a small mess of the kitchen.

Audrina and James getting all the cookie cutters ready.

All the kiddos. James, Audrina, Riley and Alec.

The girls doing the decorating.

Figuring out that the frosting is much better to eat than decorate with!

Concentration.
We then had a second cookie baking day at Mimi and Papa's house. Much more productive!
Helping T-Schell measure.

Make the dough into balls.

The best part of baking? Licking the dough off the beaters!

And a close 2nd, decorating!

Abote girls.

Thanksgiving and the Zoo!

We had Thanksgiving this year at Zach's parents house. Shannon's side of the family was there, it was a little small this year, only 28 people.

All dressed up!

My funny girl, mouth always moving! I wonder who she takes after...

Little kids table. Audrina's art table at all other times.

After Thanksgiving Day we took our first trip to the Zoo! The weather was perfect, we beat the crowd and Audrina loved every minute of it!

We had the stroller, but all it carried was our coats and my purse. This was Audrina's desired mode of transportation.

My mom and John got us family passes to the Zoo for Christmas. We are all so excited to be able to go this next year!
