Happy Birthday James!

Happy 1st Birthday to James!

Saturday we went up to Longmont to celebrate James' 1st birthday with his friends and family. We had a great time, and are excited to plan Audrina's 1st here soon!

and especially the band in a box that James got for a birthday present! She kept herself occupied with it the whole time James was opening his gifts... I'm going to have to find one for our house.

As you can see Audrina has gone through quite the growth spurt lately! I look at her and cannot believe how big she has gotten!

Practicing for Halloween... not that we have plans, or really plan on doing anything, but the cute pictures are worth it.

We have loved this great fall weather! Audrina loves to crawl around in the grass and hunt down the leaves.

Oh there's one!

Got it! ...straight to the mouth, we take it away and she hunts down the next one! This went on and on and on... but we had a lot of fun.

Showing off her new standing skills. Not interested in walking, but starting to pull up on different things. She mostly likes to crawl up my lap and pull on my legs to heft herself up. Very cute.

Zach and I were in Vail this past weekend for an architect conference for work. The trees were beautiful! Unfortunately we didn't get any pictures...

8 months

Go ahead wrap me up!

So many toys, so little time...

Hooray being 8 months old is so much fun!

Audrina is now a master crawler and jumper! She is not yet pulling herself up on things (thankfully since we haven't baby-proofed). She loves to do a tri-pod stand with her butt straight up in the air, so I think standing is just around the corner.

She has 2 teeth that are almost all the way up and and top one working its way out, which has given us some 'fun' days lately!

The 'Mont'

Today we went to Tim, Katy, and James' house in the 'Mont' (aka Longmont) to see Jordan in from New York. Also in surprinse attendance were Brianne from Portland and Jordan's friend Diana from Portland! It was great to see everyone and it was a beautiful day to sit out in the sun and play.

'Hi James' They get along well, until James finds Audrina's hair... that's ok, one day she'll find his and give it a good yank as well.

I love James swing! I'll swing all day as long as someone is paying attention to me!
